We're excited to introduce EasyCast—a feature that lets you live stream your webinars to multiple platforms at once, including YouTube, with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram coming soon.

Updated today

Whether you're running a live event, virtual workshop, or thought leadership webinar, EasyCast ensures your message is broadcast where your audience already is.

🔧 How EasyCast Works

Getting started with EasyCast is simple and intuitive. Here’s a quick overview of how to set it up:

1. Access the Feature

Navigate to your EasyWebinar dashboard:

  • Go to Settings

  • Click on Integrations

  • Head to the Live Stream section

  • Select “Add Platform” to begin connecting your streaming accounts

2. Connect Your YouTube Account

Currently, EasyCast allows seamless integration with YouTube:

  • Use secure SSO (Single Sign-On) to connect your account

  • Once connected, your YouTube account will appear under Connected Platforms

  • You can add multiple YouTube accounts, giving you more flexibility in how and where you stream

💡 Pro Tip: You can also connect your account directly inside the Green Room or Live Room, using the EasyCast button for quick access.

3. Broadcasting to YouTube

Once your accounts are linked:

  • Go to the Live Room

  • Click the EasyCast button

  • Choose the account you want to stream to

  • Turn on streaming for that platform

EasyWebinar will initiate the stream to YouTube, and you'll be redirected to YouTube Studio, where you can:

  • Click Create > Go Live

  • Navigate to the Manage tab to find your live stream

  • Confirm that the stream is active (look for “Excellent Connection”)

Now you're live—your content, screen shares, and camera feed are streaming directly to your YouTube audience!

📡 Custom RTMP Support for Maximum Flexibility

Need to stream to platforms outside of YouTube? EasyCast also supports Custom RTMP streaming, allowing you to broadcast to:

  • OBS

  • Twitch

  • Any other RTMP-enabled platform

This feature opens up endless possibilities for professionals who want to manage more customized or multi-destination streaming experiences.
