The Clone Webinar feature in V2 allows users to duplicate webinars quickly and efficiently. This feature provides flexibility by letting users choose which webinar components they want to clone. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature.

1. Accessing the Clone Webinar Feature

To use the Clone Webinar feature:

  • Navigate to the webinar you wish to clone.

  • Once inside the webinar dashboard, locate and click on the Clone Webinar button. This will open a pop-up window displaying the cloning options, as shown in the image above.


2. Cloning Options Available

The pop-up window will present several modules that can be cloned. You can choose to clone all or select specific modules based on your requirements. The available options are:

  • Select All: Clone all modules.

  • Webinar Schedule: Includes frequency, dates, and time settings.

  • Builder Templates: Duplicates registration, thank you, and waiting room pages.

  • Email Notifications: Copies all email sequences tied to the webinar.

  • Offers: Includes promotional offers created for the webinar.

  • Polls: Replicates all polls created for engagement during the webinar.

  • Embed Widget: Copies the embed widget settings.

  • Replay Settings: Duplicates replay configurations.

  • Integration Settings: Includes API and third-party integration details.


3. Webinar Types That Can Be Cloned

You can clone the following webinar types:

  • Live to Live: Duplicate all settings from one live webinar to another.

  • Automated to Automated: Clone settings from one automated webinar to another automated webinar.

  • Automated Gold to Automated Gold: Easily duplicate settings from premium automated webinars.


4. Steps to Clone a Webinar

  1. Select Modules to Clone:
    In the cloning pop-up, choose the modules you wish to replicate. You can either select all or pick specific components based on your needs.

  2. Edit Webinar Title:
    The system will generate a default title for the cloned webinar (e.g., “Webinar Title Clone”). You can edit the title as needed.

  3. Start Cloning:
    Once you’ve selected your modules and updated the title, click the Start Cloning button. The system will duplicate your webinar, and you’ll be redirected to the cloned webinar’s dashboard.
