If you’re on a Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan with EasyWebinar, whether on a monthly or yearly subscription, there are certain limits for leads, attendees, co-hosts, and more. This article addresses common questions about managing these limits to help you focus on what really matters, generating and nurturing high-quality leads.
How Can I Monitor My Subscription Usage?
You can check your monthly usage in the Profile section under Subscription. This section provides an overview of your current usage, helping you stay updated and plan ahead.
What Should I Do If I Anticipate More Leads and Attendees?
You have two options:
Upgrade Your Plan: Move to a higher-tier plan to cover increased usage.
Purchase an Add-On: For $78, get 100 additional live attendees and 1,000 extra leads to avoid overage charges.
What Happens If I Exceed My Lead/Attendee Limit Without Purchasing an Add-On?
You can purchase an add-on for $78 to get 100 extra live attendees and 1000 additional leads (registrants). If you don't buy an add-on and exceed your limits, you'll be charged extra.

Exceeding Leads (if within attendee limit): $0.078 (7.8 cents) per additional lead.
Please note: Regardless of your plan, whether it's a current offering, a discontinued plan, a promotional plan, or a custom plan, the same pricing structure applies for any overages. You will be charged $0.078 (7.8 cents) per additional lead and $0.78 (78 cents) per additional live attendee if you exceed your plan's specified limits without an add-on.
